Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the work, reasonable follow-up, record keeping or legal and accounting requirements.

Sharing information

Clarity Workflows does not sell personal information. Information is shared only where this is needed to carry out the agreed work, meet a legal obligation, protect someone’s rights or where permission has been given.

AI use

If an AI tool is used to help organise, draft or structure material, Clarity Workflows limits the information shared where possible and reviews the result before it is used.
